Spotify: Top 10 in 10
This mini-project's task was to analyze data points from Spotify, uniquely gather the information, and display it on a poster. I analyzed 10 years of top charts and used my design skills to visually explain my findings. I also was super excited to use Spotify's branding elements.
The Perfect Drive to the Gym
For this mini-project, our task was to map something! Anything in our life, turn it into a map. Going to the gym daily, I thought it'd be fun to map out and break down my drive to the gym.
PB&J Poster
Remember the activity we used to do as kids where we list out the steps of how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, then someone follows our instructions? That was this mini-projects task. We design any poster we like, then write down the exact instructions of how to replicate it, then finally hand those instructions to another designer, without showing them the final result, checking if our instructions were precise and accurate. This one ended up being one of my favorites! I absolutely love playing with depth, so I wanted to use Adobe Photoshop's blur tool to achieve the look of the check marks floating toward the viewer. My design partner ended up nailing the final look. This mini-project allowed me to focus on my technical skills in Photoshop, practice clear and concise communication, and enhance composition and depth skills.
