At SAS Institute, I am a graphic designer on the Sales Enablement team, supporting our sales teams by providing valuable, professional, and brand-consistent assets that drive our software sales. This position is more than just "prettying things up." My role goes beyond design—I am also a strategic design consultant. In a corporate environment, we often collaborate with individuals who are not design-oriented, making it my responsibility to listen, identify key details, understand the content, and know our audience. I then develop the most effective way to create deliverables that resonate with our clients, tell a clear story, serve a distinct purpose, and represent our brand in the best possible way.
I create meaningful presentations, valuable yet easily digestible infographics, engaging video animations, unique illustrations, internal content, and fun brand elements that amuse our employees and attract customers. Beyond supporting the sales teams, I work with our brand team to develop new styles and adaptations of our brand for corporate events, internal communications, social media content, external content, and more.
By leveraging our existing brand guidelines, I have pushed creative boundaries, producing work that strongly reflects our company’s values, visually engages our clients, and effectively communicates our message in an impactful and memorable way.
While much of the content I design is confidential, I have curated a collection of patterns, assets with placeholder content, and examples utilizing our shape language to showcase my work while maintaining compliance with confidentiality requirements.
